Viabill is hiring a remote candidate for Product Designer (UI/UX). This is a full time position. Work location: Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Own design for defined product areas, including our merchant-facing platform and parts of the consumer experience, from problem framing and user flows to final UI and implementation.
- Pick up design needs from across the business when they come up, from web and campaign pages to visual assets for internal and external use, and bring the same craft to them as to product work.
- Explore several design directions before converging, present them clearly to non-design stakeholders, and drive decisions to closure.
- Design within our design system and contribute to it, working with our Lead Product Designer on component standards and consistency.
- Run lightweight usability testing and use product and funnel data to improve live flows.
- Design flows that are clear and compliant at the same time. In consumer credit, disclosures, consent and application steps have to work for both the customer and the regulator.
- Deliver clean, well-structured handoff and stay involved with developers through implementation and QA.

Role details
ViaBill is a Copenhagen-based fintech offering flexible payment and consumer credit products to shoppers and merchants in Denmark. Our products include a consumer app, the ViaBill card, and a merchant-facing platform used by thousands of webshops and stores.
We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Lead Product Designer as the second designer on the team. You'll own specific product areas end-to-end, from understanding the problem through to shipped UI. You'll work within our shared design system and closely with product, commercial and engineering. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, in a small team where your work goes live quickly.
What you'll do
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years designing shipped web and mobile products; fintech, e-commerce or B2B SaaS a plus.
- Portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing problem, alternatives explored, decision, and outcome.
- Strong Figma skills, including components, variants and auto-layout, and experience working inside an existing design system.
- Clear, confident written and spoken English; comfortable presenting and defending design choices.
- Based in the EU with CET working-hours overlap.
You'll fit well here if you like owning outcomes rather than tickets, share early work instead of waiting until it's polished, and can hold a view and change it when the evidence says so.
Nice to have
- Experience designing regulated or multi-step flows, such as onboarding, applications, payments or identity verification.
- Experience designing for both consumers and business users.
- Basic prototyping in code or motion design.
