EVENTS GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We're looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Events Graphic Designer to support all event-related design production, creative formatting, and visual asset optimization for our Event Creative Team. You'll work closely with our internal Creative, Events, and Practice Success teams to deliver high-quality design materials — for social media, event campaigns, print assets, and templates — for live events across a fast-growing network of aesthetics practices.

You'll also be stepping into a role with real room to grow:

from executing day-to-day creative requests, to owning entire template systems and workflows that scale across our full event calendar.

OUR OBJECTIVES FOR THE ROLE

• Own end-to-end creative production for assigned events — social, SMS, print, and signage — delivering on-brand assets independently and within expected turnaround times.

• Build and scale reusable creative systems (e.g., "Event in a Box" template sets, modular templates) that reduce repetitive design work across a growing event calendar.

• Organize and expand our reusable visual asset library into a clean, accessible system the whole team can pull from.

• Drive measurable, ongoing improvements in creative turnaround time and output volume as the practice network grows — without a corresponding increase in headcount.

• Proactively bring new creative trends, formats, and ideas to the team, and contribute informed recommendations to quarterly campaign planning.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on design experience (Canva or similar) producing social graphics, SMS funnel images, and print assets, with strong command of platform specs across Instagram (feed/stories/reels), web, and print.

• A track record of independently managing a high-volume creative request queue, hitting turnaround expectations without sacrificing quality, brand alignment, or copy accuracy.

• Experience building reusable, template-based design systems that scale beyond a single event or project.

• Comfort incorporating AI-assisted creative tools into a core design workflow.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the judgment to work independently on routine requests while proactively flagging timelines, bottlenecks, and creative needs to the Meta/Creative team.

• A genuine interest in creative variety — you're energized by touching dozens of distinct event themes rather than repeating the same brand deck.
