Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and system-level decisions.

- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, refactoring, and other engineering activities.

- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across development teams.
- Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, observability, system performance, and operational reliability.
- Help ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and performance across the full application stack.
- Contribute to modern DevOps practices and continuous improvement of engineering workflows.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience developing backend microservices and API architectures, including frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
- Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js, particularly Vue 3, Composition API, state management, and modern front-end build tools.
- Experience integrating AI/ML services or developing AI-enhanced application features, including LLMs, vector search, embeddings, or model inference.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable application architecture.
- Strong API design experience, including REST and/or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, data, AI, and engineering teams.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering standards and best practices.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
