Architect the Future of AI Relationships

As our LLM Engineer, you'll fine-tune and optimize large language models that power conversations for over 30 million users, processing more than 5 million messages daily. You'll be at the forefront of developing AI companionship technology that scales globally while maintaining personalized and meaningful interactions.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, neural networks, and dataset management

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields

• Proven experience in AI projects, particularly in NLP and LLMs

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans

• Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI development, such as Python, Pytorch, and familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks.

• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
