Role details
We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. You will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs.
How you will make an impact:

Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure

Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers

Designing, automating and improving development and release processes

Developing, updating and managing Infrastructure as Code

Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain and continuously improve core processes.

Mapping out projects and being involved in project management decisions

Owning project architecture through implementation
Skills needed to succeed:
-
7+ years of experience in a DevOps role

Expert in Amazon Web Services infrastructure management
-
Demonstrated ability working with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
-
Proficient in orchestrating infrastructure and environment builds, as well as automating recurring tasks

Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP + OSI model layers 3 - 7)

Strong understanding of application, environment, and infrastructure security

Worked in a compliance environment (such as SOC2 or HITRUST)
Nice to Have:

Experience in container orchestration, preferably ECS and Kubernetes

AWS Professional DevOps Engineer certification

Knowledge or experience developing and maintaining Machine Learning Operations

Experience managing a Business Intelligence Service like Tableau

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
