Job Overview
Daos Hub is hiring a remote candidate for Web (UX/UI) Designer. This is a full time position. Work location: Europe.
The role typically involves technologies such as Framer, A/B Testing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Chai, Scala.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full redesign of the Daos Hub website from discovery to final launch.
- Define and structure the website’s information architecture, UX flows, and customer journeys.
- Translate complex Web3 concepts, community dynamics, and event-driven narratives into clear and intuitive digital experiences.
- Design high-fidelity UI that reflects Daos Hub’s brand vision, product ecosystem, and Web3 identity.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system, including components, patterns, typography, grids, and interaction rules.
- Ensure all interfaces are responsive, consistent, accessible, and aligned with modern UX best practices.
- Develop and ship website pages in Framer or Webflow, ensuring performance, scalability, and clean implementation.
- Launch and evolve key website sections such as homepage, product pages, services, and community touchpoints.
- Implement micro-interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance brand expression and user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Growth team to optimize pages for conversion, funnel performance, and user intent.
- Set up and maintain analytics tracking for user behavior, engagement, scroll depth, and conversion flows.
- Iterate continuously based on data insights, A/B testing results, and performance metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with Design, Growth, Marketing, SMM, Production, and Leadership to ensure alignment across all touchpoints.
- Support the launch of the upcoming Design Service by creating landing pages, UX flows, and narrative structure.
- Adapt marketing campaigns, events, and community initiatives into clear, high-quality web experiences.
- Maintain a strong focus on business outcomes such as lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption.
- Manage priorities independently and deliver high-quality output with minimal oversight.
- Continuously bring new ideas, design trends, and Web3-native approaches to improve the product and brand experience

Your mission
As our Web (UX/UI) Designer, you will be responsible for redesigning and maintaining the Daos website, including both promo and product pages, ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and conversion-focused user experience.
You will also support the preparation and launch of the upcoming Design Service for clients, expected around February, helping shape its visual direction and productized offering.
How You’ll Contribute
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of professional experience in design
- Strong UI design skills — clear understanding of visual quality, composition, typography, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of marketing-driven website logic: customer journey mapping, sales funnels, the role of design in marketing, and structuring pages for different business goals.
- UX thinking: customer journey, user flows, and core principles of user experience.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with no-code tools such as Framer or Webflow (strong knowledge of at least one is preferred).
- UX/CX courses or certifications (e.g. Nielsen Norman Group, e-commerce programs, etc.).
- Experience designing web applications.
- Experience working with Web3 or blockchain-based projects.
