Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and transform briefings from local brand and business teams into creative visual solutions.
- Develop visual concepts, creative assets, and campaigns for different audiences, channels, and formats.
- Adapt global and regional campaigns and materials for Brazil and other Latin American markets, considering cultural and market-specific requirements.
- Create visual assets for social media, e-commerce, marketplaces, websites, and other digital touchpoints.
- Create and edit videos, animations, motion graphics, and other audiovisual content.
- Adapt creative materials to different dimensions, formats, platforms, and communication requirements.
- Develop or adapt packaging and visual communication materials when required.
- Integrate Generative AI into the creative and production workflow to improve ideation, execution, and scalability.
- Explore AI tools for image and video generation, editing, enhancement, treatment, and optimization.
- Ensure consistency with brand identity, visual guidelines, and global standards.
- Maintain high technical quality, precision, aesthetic consistency, and finishing across all deliverables.
- Manage multiple creative requests simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and business needs.
- Respond to fast-turnaround requests without compromising creative quality.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and manage iterations through final approval.
- Collaborate with local and global teams while accounting for cultural differences and specific market needs.
- Contribute to the evolution of content production processes, helping improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Visual Designer Motion & GenAI - Sênior based in Brazil.
This is a senior creative role combining visual design, motion, digital content, and Generative AI.
You will transform brand and business briefings into high-quality creative concepts and assets across multiple channels and formats.
The role covers social media, e-commerce, marketplaces, websites, campaigns, video, animation, and other digital touchpoints.
You will also adapt global and regional campaigns for Brazil and Latin American markets while maintaining strong brand consistency.
GenAI will be an important part of the creative workflow, supporting the generation, editing, treatment, and optimization of visual and audiovisual content.
You will work autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating with local and global multidisciplinary teams.

Accountabilities
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in Graphic Design, Content Design, Art Direction, Digital Design, or a related creative field.
- Strong command of design and visual editing tools, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Professional experience with video editing and/or motion graphics.
- Experience creating digital content for social media, e-commerce, and other online environments.
- Proven ability to adapt campaigns and creative materials across multiple formats and communication channels.
- Practical experience using Generative AI for content creation, including image, video, or other visual applications.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret creative briefings and translate strategic direction into compelling visual solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
- Experience with Figma, Premiere Pro, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, or comparable tools is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of branding, 360° campaigns, and integrated communications is desirable.
- Experience working with multinational companies or global creative environments is a plus.
- Experience supporting projects across different Latin American markets is desirable.
- Familiarity with large brands and global brand guidelines is an advantage.
- English and Spanish proficiency are considered differentiators.
