Who Are We?
Welltech is a global wellness technology company with Ukrainian roots. Our mission is to build and scale wellness apps globally through state-of-the-art, tech-driven performance marketing.
We are one of the most established players in the wellness app space, and we are accelerating. Over 25.5 million people across the world use our apps — Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit — to build healthier habits, move more, and feel better every day. Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously.
With 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started.
What We're Looking For
The Strategic Projects (SP) unit is our team dedicated to testing and validating new acquisition channels and partnership models before they scale. It's early-stage, fast-moving work — we're often building creative strategy from scratch on channels with no established internal playbook yet.
We're looking for a Motion Designer to join SP full-time, supporting a small, high-autonomy team as we test creative across a mix of emerging channels and formats. This is a great role for someone with solid production experience who wants more ownership and variety than a standard in-house motion role typically offers — you'll be creating for platforms and contexts that are genuinely new to the company, not just executing an established playbook.
Key Responsibilities:
Required skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally within performance marketing or a fast-paced creative environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating motion range and mobile-first thinking
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Figma a plus)
Proficiency or curiosity in AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar
Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities, and hit deadlines in a fast-changing environment
Familiarity with creative performance metrics and a desire to create ads that convert
Ability to comfortably communicate in English with international teammates (text syncs, sharing assets, feedback) and easily learn from global technical resources.
Interest in health, wellness, or mission-driven products is a plus
The mindset we're looking for:
You're energised by creative experimentation and have a strong bias for action
You're comfortable testing several versions of something before landing on what works, especially without an established benchmark
You see feedback and iteration as part of the creative process, not the end of it
You're proactive and self-directed, and comfortable working across multiple projects with limited precedent to follow
