We're seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer (IC3) to contribute to high-impact initiatives, implement robust solutions across our products and platform, and actively learn from and collaborate with experienced engineers to grow your technical skills.
Your Profile & Expertise:
3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced or product-driven environment.
Proficiency with technologies and tools related to our tech stack (Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS).
Growth-minded and eager to learn, adapting quickly to new challenges and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Effective communicator and team player, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Contributions & Impact:
Developing and enhancing features for our enterprise-grade APIs, web applications, and dashboards.
Contributing to the expansion of design systems to improve UI/UX consistency.
Working on the implementation of new data supplier integrations.
Improving and deploying features based on existing data models for new attributes and scores.

The above compensation ranges are dependent on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications. We consider all elements of compensation to be a part of the value we provide to Novans. This may include base salary, equity grants, incentive compensation for eligible roles, professional development, flexible PTO, and tenure rewards.
