The Website Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining our company website and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate collaborates with marketing and other departments to ensure that the website is up to date, relevant, and optimally functioning. Will need to have strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot and/or bring items to broader team to triage. The site is currently halfway built and we need assistance to help to hit our September launch deadline.
Pay: $40-$45 per hour
Responsibilities:
Prepare for upcoming site migration, with detail to page build expectations
Follow guidelines and spreadsheets created for new templates and page build
Complete component adds to the different templates
Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely manner
1-2 years of experience with WordPress and website administration is required
WordPress CMS experience, preferably Gutenberg Builder
Experience with / exposure to Figma
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically, Excel
Experience managing an email inbox (MS Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams)
Ability to speak/write/translate Spanish is a plus
Must be located in the United States or Canada
